The residential house is in a quiet location in the little village of Ražanac, away from noise and traffic, but nevertheless central and near the beach.

The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. The village and the area offer a range of historical sites, such as old civilisations including ancient Rome or Christian churches. Within an hour by car you can get to the Krka, Plitvice Lakes, Paklenica and Kornati national parks. You can also go rafting on the river. The town of Zadar is about 20 kilometres away.

The living and dining room also has satellite TV, a dining table with chairs and a small kitchen unit with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom provides a shower.
