It is located 300 metres from the sea, at an altitude of 65 metres. The sea and restaurants are within easy walking distance, while the centre of Opatija is only 1 km away.
The separate annexe is about 35 square metres and is separated from the main building by a few steps. The small house is open-plan. The living area consists of a kitchenette, separated from the sleeping area by shelving. The sleeping area has a double bed. The living area includes a sofa bed suitable for a child, a dining table and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with two electric cookers, a coffee machine and a mini-oven. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and bidet. This accommodation also offers air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV and internet access. A washing machine is located in a small outbuilding.
