Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
To help ensure the next guest can check in on time, we kindly ask that you complete the following before departure: Beds: Please strip the beds and place all used linens in the laundry room.
*Do not run the washer and please do not leave washed linens in the washer.* Trash: Take all trash to the green dumpster outside. Dishes: Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle.
Floors: The vacuum is located in the laundry room please use it to vacuum the house. Thank you so much for your help and for being a wonderful guest. Safe travels, and we hope to host you again soon🌿

The cleanliness was extremely lacking when we arrived. We messaged the host and after no response within an acceptable amount of time we messaged VRBO. The host drove in to clean it herself but that put us out of place until after 7 pm. She did rectify the situation but it was a huge inconvenience. It is also not noted on the listing that there is another rental attached to this one and the other listing shares a driveway and they have to walk in front and around the side of the house to access it in the backyard. Thankfully, no one was there at the time but it would have been upsetting if there had been since that wasn’t disclosed prior.
