Holiday apartments near the beach and the centre, with a terrace and Internet access, with all amenities within walking distance
These two holiday apartments are at the heart of Mošćenička Draga. They are conveniently situated and well-equipped and provide quiet nights, despite being near the centre and just a few minutes’ walk from all amenities such as the sea, the beach, shops and restaurants.
Both apartments were renovated in 2014 and provide satellite TV, free air conditioning in the bedrooms, free wireless Internet access, and a safe. The Internet speed is 30Mbit/s.
The free guest parking spaces, one for each apartment, are right by the house. Both apartments have their own furnished terrace. The house is surrounded by a 200m² garden. The site is not fully fenced, only the big terrace, so dogs do not have to be kept on the leash there.
Bed linen and hand towels are included in the rental price and are changed weekly. A cot can be provided free of charge. Pets that bother other guests or could be a disturbance are not allowed. During the high season in July and August the minimum booking is for five nights.
It is just 100 metres to the sea and the beach. Shops, restaurants and a children’s playground are within 100 metres. The house is a good starting point for trips to the Plitvice Lakes, the Istrian peninsula (Pula, Rovinj, Umag, Poreč), the islands of Cres or Krk, the Gorski Kotar region, the Ucka nature reserve and even to Venice.
The 40m² apartment is on the ground floor, facing south towards the garden, and can accommodate four people. It has a tiled bathroom with a window, shower, WC and hairdryer, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 190cm) and a single bed (80 x 200cm). The bedroom also has a wardrobe and a desk. There is also a single sofa bed (115 x 190cm) in the living room. The modern kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, extractor fan, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge, as well as cookware and tableware. There is a dining space for four people between the sofa and the kitchen unit.
There are two terraces available for use, namely a section of the big terrace (12m²) and a terrace (16m²) at the entrance to the apartment. Both terraces have garden furniture. The terrace that is not roofed has a parasol.
