We have truly enjoyed creating this exuberant family fun house near Asheville for you where every corner is bursting with energy and a kaleidoscope of colors!

HOME: From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel the vibrant spirit of Asheville’s art scene come to life. The walls are alive with color, adorned with bold, hand-painted murals by a local artist that instantly spark creativity and inspiration. Every detail— from the colorful throw pillows to the playful area rugs— adds to the home’s joyful character, inviting you to relax, recharge, and enjoy its lively, artistic charm.

MAIN LEVEL: includes front patio, living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, back patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill, washer dryer and two bathrooms

Step onto the spacious wrap-around deck as you arrive — a welcoming space furnished with cozy outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing and taking in the surroundings.

At the heart of the home lies a bright, open-concept kitchen designed for connection — fully equipped and ready for cooking, gathering, and creating lasting memories together.

For added comfort, the room also features a cozy queen sleeper sofa—perfect for extra sleeping space when needed.

🔥 FIREPIT:
The backyard offers a warm and welcoming fire pit area—an ideal spot to relax, share stories, and enjoy the cozy glow with loved ones. Please note that access to the fire pit is via a short grassy slope, which may feel a bit steep for some guests.

🐾 PETS:
Pet friendly home- $150 per stay, maximum 2 pets

🏡 House Rules – Asheville Retreat

We’re thrilled to welcome you! Please take a moment to review our house rules to ensure a safe and relaxing stay for everyone:

1. Age Requirement
All guests must be 25 or older, except for children accompanied by their parents.

2. Hot Tub & Sauna Rules
– The hot tub and sauna are for guests 25 and older only.
– No alcohol or glass is permitted in or around these areas.
– Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover.
– Use at your own risk.

3. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $1000 fine will apply for violations.

4. Security Cameras
Cameras are installed for your safety. Do not touch, cover, or disconnect them, including tampering with the Wi-Fi. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the property.

5. Nature & Wildlife Notice
This home is located in the woods—occasional sightings of critters or insects are part of the experience. Please keep doors and windows closed to minimize this.
If you see a bear, do not approach or feed it. Bears are rare, but they can be dangerous.

6. No Refunds for Uncontrollable Events
We do not offer refunds for weather conditions, power outages, natural disasters, or any events outside our control.

7. No Open Flames
Absolutely no candles, campfires, or other open flames. Unauthorized fires will incur a $100 fine plus the cost of any damages.

8. Arrival & Departure Times
Please respect our check-in and check-out times. Early arrivals or late check-outs will incur a $50/hour fee.

9. Respect the Space
This is not a party house. Please treat it as your own. Our housekeepers take time-stamped photos before and after every stay.

10. Barbecue Grill
Please remember to turn off the gas after using the grill.

11. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors and outdoor noise.

12. Neighboring Fence & Cows
Please do not approach or pet the cows in the neighboring yard. Also, do not touch the fence—it is an electric fence for livestock.

13. Host Availability
We are available to assist you daily between 9 AM and 10 PM. Responses may be delayed outside of these hours.
