Loft Amalia, named after Amelia (Latin: Amalia), daughter of Philip I of the Pomeranian House of Griffins, is one of our two unique apartments with a bedroom in a historic 19th-century fire tower
Spacious - its area is 85 m2.
This luxurious loft on the first floor of a prestigious building is designed for those who value style, comfort, and unique interiors. The apartment stands out with its blend of modernity and a historic touch – a bedroom located in a restored fire tower from 1892.
The loft is filled with natural light thanks to large windows facing three directions, ensuring brightness throughout the day. Each window is equipped with a juliette balcony, adding elegance to the space and offering beautiful views of the surrounding city.
At the heart of the apartment is a spacious living room, designed for relaxation and entertainment. Equipped with a screen and projector, it’s perfect for a home cinema experience, watching sports, or gaming. The large living space allows for flexible arrangements and hosting social gatherings.
The bathroom features modern design and functionality, including a stylish walk-in shower that combines comfort and elegance.
The centerpiece of the loft is the bedroom, situated in the restored fire tower. Its unique architecture and ambiance create an extraordinary atmosphere, blending history with modern living.
This exceptional apartment combines a prestigious location, distinctive design, and the highest standard of finish, offering a comfortable lifestyle surrounded by luxury and history.
A large bio-fireplace will provide a pleasant atmosphere, especially on autumn and winter evenings.
The apartment has free air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine.
An additional attraction is a cozy and comfortable hanging chair.
The apartment also has: an iron, an ironing board, a hairdryer and a work space. Of course, we offer bed linen and towels.
Our apartment does not have security measures for younger children.
The apartment offers a free parking space in a closed parking lot.
