Our quiet house is located in a garden estate in the immediate vicinity of a shopping centre and the Danube Island. The ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities such as immersing yourself in the cultural life of a cosmopolitan city or a visit to a wine tavern in Stammersdorf. The convenient location of our hotel makes it easy to get here, regardless of whether you are travelling by plane, train or car.
The garden can be used by the residents of all four flats, whereby Top 1 and Top 2 on the ground floor each have a terrace of 24 m2.
The apartment building consists of four identically furnished flats of the same size. The 5.5 m2 bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin with vanity unit. The bedroom of 11 m2 consists of a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets and a five-door wardrobe with mirror front. The 24 m2 living/dining room has a kitchenette with a 2-burner electric hob, extractor fan, fridge, sink, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and crockery for 3-4 people. Furthermore, the equipment consists of a dining table with 4 armchairs, a sofa bed with living room table, a wall unit with satellite TV and free WLAN connection.
