Our flat, with exceptional views of the sea and the Gulf of St Tropez, is located in a quiet, beautiful park of 25 hectares where you can enjoy many activities, including the water area of 1200m2 with the wave pool, slides, the heated swimming pool partially from April to November, the tennis courts, table tennis, basketball, football, lake, footpaths, bike hire, spa massage, restaurants, food, evening entertainment, teen club and children ...

The flat is regularly maintained with high quality furnishings for the needs of all guests including air conditioning!
Additionally there are fans in all bedrooms. Easily closable glass wall to the terrace which guarantees a full sea view.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, here is the description:
Parental suite (full size double bed, 160 cm wide) with ensuite bathroom,
Double bedroom (double bed 140 cm wide) with wardrobe,
children's room with 2 bunk beds for children,
a 2nd shower room with WC
and a second independent WC in the entrance area.
The flat has been designed and furnished for 6 people.
Maximum occupancy is possible for 4 adults and 2 children.
The living/dining area with integrated kitchen, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric grill, plancha, crêpe machine, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle and much more...
2 free parking spaces are available for you. One with a lift in the multi-storey car park in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
Please note that it is possible to rent bed linen on request from the owner at an additional cost.
In the months of July and August, magnetic cards are issued for the pool area. A cash deposit of EUR 50.00 per card is payable on arrival.
On departure, the tenant is responsible for cleaning the kitchenette, including dishes and appliances, and the garbage cans must be emptied and disposed of in the outside containers.
