Westoverledingen is located about a 10-minute drive from the cities of Leer and Papenburg (home to the Meyer shipyard), about 20 minutes from the Dutch border, and about 1 hour from the North Sea coast, situated between the Ems River and the moorlands to the east. Numerous biking and hiking trails, typical hedgerow landscapes, historic waterworks and churches, as well as a 4-star campground characterise the holiday area. Fully furnished, non-smoking holiday apartment in a quiet, rural location in the village of Ihrenerfeld. Accommodates 1 to 4 people. Kitchen with a small dining area, living room with TV and Wii, as well as an extra bed. There is a small bedroom with one bed and another with three fold-out beds.
In a rustic sunroom, you can play darts and foosball.
You can reach the house, which you’ll have all to yourselves, by car or RV; there’s a very wide driveway and a long access road next to the house.
If you’re travelling with friends, there’s another holiday home owned by our family two houses down (Haase Holiday Home).
You’re welcome to bring your beloved pet (dog or cat) with you.

Huis Else "top ervaring

We werden netjes ontvangen en alles werd uitgelegd. Ook als je vragen had werden die beantwoord. Een welkomst geschenk was er ook wat heel lief was. In de omgeving is zeer veel te doen. Er zijn verschillende fiets routes. Maar ook mooie kastelen en kerken te zien Ook de kust is mooi. De dorpjes zijn erg leuk en ook de havenstad Willems Haven is zeker de moeite waard. Verder is het huis knus en gezellig en is er voldoende electronics materiaal om je maaltijden te bereiden En er is keuze uit 3 soorten koffiezet apparaten. Wat zeker fijn is. Kortom we hebben een "Top Vakantie"gehad. En gaan zeker nog en keer hier heen. Want we werden heel goed ontvangen. De gastvrouw is zeer aardig en doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Bedankt daarvoor Lieve groetjes Jos en ELianne en een pootje van ons hondje Trudie.

Eher Monteurunterkunft!

Diese Unterkunft ist als Ferienhaus nicht geeignet! Abgesehen davon, dass der Vermieter erst gesucht werden musste, weil er annahm wir würden einen Tag später anreisen, war die Unterkunft nicht beheizt und roch beim Betreten muffig und nach Schimmel. Was dann sofort auffiel war, dass es im Wohnzimmer neben einer Klappcouch, Wohnzimmertisch und Sessel auch ein Bett gab. Dies erschien auf den ersten Blick eigentümlich und änderte sich auch nicht durch die Tatsache daß im zweiten verfügbaren Zimmer neben einer Tischgruppe mit vier Stühlen auch noch drei Schrankbetten standen. Das Badezimmer war ausreichend ausgestattet und sauber, warum jedoch in der dort stehenden Waschmaschine noch feuchte Wäsche vorhanden war konnte nicht nachvollzogen werden. Das Grundstück und auch der, nur über den Hinterausgang erreichbare und unfachmännisch gebaute " Wintergarten " , machten einen unaufgeräumten und ungepflegten Eindruck. Insgesamt möchte ich sagen, wir uns ab Tag 1 nicht wohl gefühlt und es nur ertragen haben, da wir die meiste Zeit außer Haus verbrachten. Der ganze uns zu Verfügung gestellte Bereich machte einen zusammengeschusterten Eindruck und ist den von uns entrichteten Preis nicht Wert. Ich hätte gerne eine andere Rezension geschrieben, dies was aber in der Menge der Mängel nicht möglich ist. Dies ist deshalb schade, da das Objekt an sich Potenzial hat und die Lage hervorragend ist. Fazit: Als Ferienhaus, insbesondere zu diesem Preis nicht geeignet.
