Scopetelli consists of three independently inhabitable houses for a total of 12 people: Scopetelli main house, Scopetellino annexe, Il nido granny annexe.

Main house: Scopetelli: The spacious former farmhouse has been renovated several times while taking care to preserve the original and rustic atmosphere (2 open fireplaces, beams / clay tile ceilings and terracotta floors) to a large extent; the house offers space for 5-6 people (approx. 130 sqm) and serves as a central meeting point;

Annexe: Scopetellino is a separate historical part of the house in a new guise, which has been stylishly renovated and combines the original Tuscan architectural style with modern technical facilities and architectural elements. Bright and friendly atmosphere, views into the valley and into the olive groves immediately surrounding the house; charmingly built on two levels; the house can accommodate up to 4 people (approx. 70 sqm).

Granny apartment: Il nido is a small newly renovated granny apartment in the lower part of Scopetelli with an individual character; beautiful garden view from the bedroom, the apartment offers space for up to 2 persons (approx. 40sqm).

All parts of the house offer various individual terraces and sitting areas with pergolas facing all directions. A large garden with olive and fruit trees as well as a beautiful natural pond is available for common use; by the pond there is a sunbathing area as well as a meditation place; an outdoor shower and, depending on the conditions, also the pond offer you pleasant cooling here in the heat; large main terrace facing south; large seating area under pergola, several other beautiful terraces and seating areas, some with valley views.

The sleeping accommodations are divided as follows:

- Main house Scopetelli (5-6 persons): 3 bedrooms with double bed.
- Annex Scopetellino (4 persons): 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with futon
- granny apartment "Il Nido": 1 bedroom with double bed
- Each unit has its own shower-bath with WC

Scopetelli is located in the border area of the ancient cultural landscapes of Umbria and Tuscany with the towns of Lisciano Niccone (Umbria) and Mercatale di Cortona (Tuscany). Ancient Etruscan land invites to cultural discoveries; numerous beautiful woods, olive groves and fields as well as Lake Trasimeno offer pure nature enjoyment.
