Location: Quiet location on the outskirts of town, just a few minutes’ walk from Lake Chiemsee and the town centre with shopping and restaurants. Hiking and biking trails in the immediate vicinity, a mini-golf course in town, 9- and 18-hole golf courses within a 5–10 km radius, a large children’s playground right on the lake, short drives to the region’s winter sports areas (e.g., Ruhpolding, Reit im Winkl). You can access the holiday apartment on the top floor of our house via a separate staircase/entrance. The living area features a small open kitchen, a cosy sofa set, and a dining area. Our magnificent mountains can be seen through the large skylights, and from the covered balcony, you can enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and a wardrobe. Bathroom with a bathtub (no full-size shower!)
