Mangelhafte Sauberkeit und Kommunikation

Leider war die Wohnung sehr dreckig. Kissen und Teppiche waren fleckig und haarig. Das Geschirr war fettig und dreckig. Es war recht staubig in der Wohnung. Des Weiteren konnte man das Fenster im Schlafzimmer nicht öffnen und das Kinderzimmer hat gar kein Fenster. Badvorleger waren dreckig und länger nicht gewechselt. Auf einen Entschädigungswunsch wurde nicht reagiert.
