The bedroom with box spring bed, lying area (180 x 200), offers space for 2 people. There is a bunk bed in the second bedroom. Cozy, lovingly furnished living room with TV, radio, CD/Blu-ray, sofa bed, electric fireplace for cozy hours, dining area and adjoining kitchenette. This is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven and dishwasher. From the living room you can access the two beautiful balconies, which are equipped with garden furniture. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet/heated towel rail, washbasin and large mirror.

Cot and high chair are available for younger guests.

There is a parking space at the house and free WiFi.

Minimum booking over Christmas/New Year 4 nights!

The apartment can also be combined with the EULENNEST apartment (only separated by a small staircase) on the top floor of the house. For combined bookings of 7 nights or more (in low, high and mid-season) you will receive a 10% discount on both booking prices!

Liebes PAS Team, wir haben jetzt schon zum vierten Mal bei Ihnen gebucht, dieses Jahr die Wohnung Seeperle im Gollwitzer Ferienpark. Alle vier Unterkünfte waren sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir fühlten uns jedesmal pudelwohl! Sie als Team sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, als wir einmal den Fehler machten und bei einem Mitbewerber buchten, war weder Sauberkeit noch Freundlichkeit vorhanden, deshalb ein großes Dankeschön, wir kommen gerne wieder! Eine gute Wohnung für 2 Personen, sehr kleines Wohnzimmer mit Küche, aber bequeme Betten mit großem Kleiderschrank, Sofa dagegen unbequem. Balkon etwas zu klein und voller Blätter und Spinnweben, hatten wir nicht genutzt,war auch ohne Sonne durch die vielen Bäume. Die Anlage gesamt war gut.

Die Balkons der Wohnung waren total verdreckt, so dass wir zumindest ein wenig sauber machen mussten, Außerdem waren keine Auflagen für die Campingengliegen-stühle vorhanden. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und besuchen die Insel auf jeden Fall wieder.
