Enttäuschend...
Zuerst ist uns der sehr schlechte "Geruch" in der FeWo aufgefallen, der auch durch Lüften nicht wegging. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig; die Vermieter haben ihren Wohnraum genau darüber und man hat bis spät abends durch die dünne Decke alle möglichen Geräusche gehört (Stühlerücken usw.), die Matratzen sind SEHR durchgelegen und für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen eine Zumutung!
Genau wie der Fernseher, der im Prinzip GAR NICHT funktioniert hat, Sender waren komplett verstellt, zum Teil keine Lautstärke, Fernbedienung funktionierte nicht. Das war richtig übel, also TV ging GAR NICHT! Bad sehr, sehr klein. Möbel zum Teil uralt, z.B. die Eßzimmer-Stühle und das "Sofa" waren dermaßen verdreckt und durchgesessen, wir haben uns Decke o.ä. drüber gemacht, um darauf sitzen zu können. Wenn man "normalen Standard" gewohnt ist - und ich rede hier nicht von Luxus-Wohnen -, dann sollte man sich diese Wohnung echt nicht antun. Wir waren im Prinzip nicht glücklich damit, und das dann über Weihnachten. Kein 2. Mal!
