The apartment Marta is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside. The apartment of 100 sqm is located on the first and second floor of one of the two main buildings of the farmhouse.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter swimming pool which all guests can enjoy.

Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory. In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.

This newly renovated 125 m2 apartment located on the 1st and 2nd floor of one of the main buildings is presented with traditional Tuscan furnishings, modern bathrooms and a large terrace with outside table and chairs. The 1st floor comprises: dining room and living room with dining table, open fireplace, cable-TV; a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher); a bathroom (shower/bidet/WC). The 2nd floor is presented with beautiful high ceilings with Tuscan terracotta and large wooden beams, and comprises: a double bedroom with an adjacent bedroom with a single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/bidet/WC; and two bedrooms with 2 single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms with shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating throughout the apartment. A washing machine is also provided.

The farmhouse lies in the centre of the triangle Firenze-Siena-Arezzo. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, and also the ideal base from which to enjoy the cultural heritage of Tuscany.The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes.
