This is a pristine apartment with great amenities. Our host was fantastic. He was prompt in answering questions, gave us an informative tour when we arrived, and followed up on checkout. If you’re a traveler looking for an affordable, extremely well maintained and comfortable place to stay in Mainz, this should be on your list. If you’re run a rental property and you want to know how to provide a 5 star guest experience, you should call Frank!

Excellent apartment - great location

The apartment was airy, warm, bright & spacious. A very well equipped kitchen stocked with thoughtful kitchen items that are so helpful when you are in a holiday apartment. Everything was high quality & extremely clean. The apartment is well placed in a quiet residential area & convenient for buses & trains to other areas & it is easy to get to Frankfurt airport . We didn't have a car & everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk. There is plenty of walking around the area, including along the Rhine & through Vineyards. Frank was a delight to deal with & very prompt with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday & would recommend to anyone. We would happily use the apartment again.
