Set amidst the magnificent mountains near Banff National Park, this privately owned unit has been recently renovated. Ideally located close to the Bow Valley Parkway and the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The home is ideal for couples, small families, solo travelers or for that rustic mountain getaway. This condo is accessible to mountains for hiking & skiing. Close to nice restaurants, bars & golf courses, or stay in and enjoy the majestic mountain views!

**KITCHEN & LIVING**
A spacious, open design with windows lets you take in the stunning mountain views. The kitchen includes a stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, and pans, among other things.

The studio has a queen-size bed as well as a pull-out sofa for sleeping. There is also a sizable TV where you and your loved ones can watch your favorite movies after a big day of adventure.

- Our unit is conveniently right off the highway but once you`ve checked in, you won`t hear anything.

The studio is located in downtown Canmore, near Cornerstone Theatre and close drive of Mount Norquay, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise. You`ll find a handful of restaurants and cafes in Canmore.

In order to better enjoy the area of Canmore we really recommend renting a vehicle. However, the public Canmore Roam Bus is a fantastic way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore, making travel easy and eliminating any parking stress from your stay.

- There is a laundry service at the building that you can use with coins!

- Half of the parking lot is open/uncovered and the other half is covered.

- The covered parking area has a maximum height capacity of 5′9”.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 4 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
