Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep the flat clean and tidy. Strictly respect quiet hours (10 PM - 6 AM). No loud noise or parties to ensure peace for all neighbors.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may only smoke on the balcony with the door closed. Violation results in a penalty fee.
