The holiday rental (50 m²) consists of a living room, a bedroom, and a kitchen.
The living room features a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a table with two chairs.
The bedroom has a double bed and a three-door combination wardrobe and linen closet. A fold-out bed is available for an extra guest.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove with oven, and a microwave, as well as two dining areas.
The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, and sink; a hair dryer is provided.
The holiday rental does not have a cot or high chair.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Overnight rate does not include the visitor’s tax.
Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.



The “Zur Alten Ziegelei” holiday apartments are located on the outskirts of Zittau in a quiet area on the ground floor.
A bus stop is located right nearby, providing access to the city centre and the Zittau Mountains. It’s about a 9-minute walk to Lake Olbersdorf.
Also ideal for active holidays: hiking, rock climbing, swimming, cycling (Oder-Neisse Bike Trail), and winter sports.
One parking space on the property and a lockable storage area for bicycles are available.
Two bicycles are available for rent.
Thanks to its convenient location, the neighbouring countries of the Czech Republic and Poland are within easy reach.
Pets are allowed only in Holiday Apartment 2 (small to medium-sized dogs); no cats.
A travel cot and a children’s bed are also available (additional charge of €5.00 per night each)
A playpen and a high chair are available.



On-site fees: • Cash payment upon arrival • Pet fee: €50.00 per pet per stay (in addition to the room rate) • Fee for extra bed, children’s bed, and travel cot: €5.00 each per night • Final cleaning fee: 35.00 €



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
