A great spot away from the Downtown of San Jose - making an easy drive to the Pacific coast or into the city.The place itself was great for my wife and our two kids, and the pool/rec area/restaurant/playground at the top of the hill were all amazing! All good things

Karen was great to respond quickly however the apartment had some disappointing features. There was no ac unit in the second bedroom. We have visited Costa Rica and love it and understand that most homes only have ac in the bedrooms. It was disappointing that the second bedroom did not have ac making it unusable. However the master bedroom and living room were large enough to place the twin mattresses in the floor so the kids could have ac. The “5th person” sleeper soda is broken so we had to prop up the bottom with pillows inorder for my son to have a level bed. The unit is clearly older and well loved but it was clean and we were only there for a couple of nights so it was fine for what we needed. The sleeper soda does need to be replaced since it is advertised as sleeping 5 people. The complex as a whole is nice.
