(PLEASE NOTE: The 3 twin beds are in a cozy little nook attached to the Primary bedroom and Primary bathroom.) The two bathrooms include a jetted bathtub and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Climate control keeps the villa comfortable year-round. Whether you’re lounging in the peaceful living area or enjoying some quiet time in the bedrooms, this phenomenal villa offers a welcoming retreat. ☑ VIEWS – WE GOT THEM!! Just steps from the gorgeous Emerald Coast, enjoy your morning coffee while watching dolphins swim by or a glass of wine watching the most incredible sunset.

☑ PRISTINE BEACH – WE GOT IT!! Get some sun and enjoy a dip! It's a short 350 yd walk to the sugary white beach where you can take advantage of water activities or spend the day relaxing with a good book.

☑ POOLS – WE GOT THEM!! There are five pools on the property with spacious pool decks. The closest pool is heated January- May, and it is just steps away.

➔ THE CONDO: With space to accommodate nine guests, you'll experience ultimate comfort throughout your stay.

• The Primary bedroom features a King size bed, fresh bedding and a large screen TV.

• The living area offers a comfortable sofa with pull out Queen sized mattress, beautifully coordinated coastal decor, and a flat screen smart TV.

• Two full bathrooms are accessible, one from the main hall and bedroom downstairs and one located off the Primary suite.

• Full-sized washer and dryer (with detergent pods) are available in the kitchen area. Iron + ironing board located in Primary bathroom closet.

• The fully equipped kitchen includes updated stainless-steel appliances, newly redone countertops, and is completely stocked with pots, pans and dishes for all your cooking needs. Also included is a coffee maker and blender + toaster. There is a charcoal grill located right by the unit for burgers and dogs!

• There are four bar stools for casual dining located at the kitchen breakfast bar. Additionally, there are two full sized screened in porches overlooking Stewart lake, where plentiful seating is available.
