Great location and perfect for two families
We were two families visiting Santa Teresa for the first time, one family from Colorado and one from Sweden. We stayed at Sandy Bottoms for 5 nights
and loved our stay there. The property is located on the north end of the Santa Teresa beach. It was honestly a 3 minute walk to the beach on a nice sandy road, in the shade!! The house has 2 parallel units connected with open space that has lovely long table for sharing meals and jaccuzi/dunking pool. Each unit has 2 large bedrooms, great showers and perfect kitchen for preparing meals. The house is located near Blue Surf Sanctuary and they were
extremely helpful with various local information, booking restaurants, and surf lessons. It is an easy walk into town and we rented ATV which was also fun for the teenagers and for some excursions. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit Santa Teresa, be away from the busy town, and have the absolute best access to the beach, waves and fun!! There is also a restaurant at the end of the path before the beach, Rocomar-delicious!! We arrived at night unfortunately, would print google map and know the left hand turn for the house is at the Blue Surf Sanctuary turnoff, probably 1/2-3/4 mile from the grocery store.
