Beautiful and cozy stone house on a large dune plot near the water, only 100 meters from the house.

Besides 2 bedrooms in the house, you will also find a bedroom in the outbuilding. The winter garden with 20 m² will delight you, on days with bad weather when you can not sit outside. Furthermore, there is also a large terrace with good seating furniture. In front of the house you will also find a heated hot tub. You also have access to the garage.

The location of the house near the water offers direct access to swimming and windsurfing. During the summer season, the Skarven area also has several restaurants, a small playground and a cozy harbor that can be visited.
