From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountain landscape. The cozy holiday home is fully equipped. The kitchen has a modern combination oven and dishwasher. Inside it has a sauna.

The house is perfect for summer and winter holidays. In winter you can go skiing and snowboarding in the Nassfeld ski area, the largest ski area in Carinthia. The ski lift is approx. 8 km from Kirchbach. The ski bus stops in the village, directly opposite of the church, just a few minutes walk. In summer, the area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming and other outdoor activities. The golf course is only a few minutes away by car.

Great house with the best view.

This brand new house lies on a hill of Kirchbach and offers stunning views of the village and mountains. The house is really well laid out, nicely furnished and very spacious. There is a fantastic balcony overlooking the valley. It has 3 good sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with bath), a great kitchen and really nice sitting area. And for the fans, even a little sauna. It is even more beautiful than the pictures. From the house, you can walk to the village, which offers a restaurant and 2 supermarkets. Not much more however, Kirchbach is not the most exciting of villages. I am sure the area is great for nice walks and nature (when we were here, the weather was quite bad).

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und gemütlich mit einer riesigen Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge direkt vor uns. Das Skigebiet ist sehr gut erreichbar. Wir sind mit dem Auto dorthin gefahren - top. Gerne empfehlen wir dies weiter.

Toller Winterurlaub

Vielen lieben Dank für die mögliche schöne Zeit die wir hier verleben durften. Wir waren über die Weihnachtsfeier da und hatten das Glück weiße Weihnachten zu erleben. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet inkl. schöner Sauna. Unser einziger Hinweis, ähnlich wie vorher schon erwähnt, wären ein bis zwei Außenleuchten anzubringen. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und im Vorfeld war ebenfalls super. Ins Skigebiet sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Also viel Spaß für alle die das Haus buchen. Hinweis der Bewohner Nachbar sofern man der Straße nach oben folgt, war sehr unfreundlich. Wir versuchten uns zurechtzufinden und er plauzte uns an.
