Pretty little house in the meadow... for 4 to 5 pers.

Welcome to this lovely holiday home with a separate entrance and private garden! At this address, you will benefit from an exceptional setting, in a quiet area and at the same time close to all the amenities and activities offered by the seaside and the countryside. You will also benefit from a very large meadow adjoining the garden.



The charming village of Plurien is located between the two Caps (Cap d'Erquy at 8Kms, Cap Fréhel at 5kms, breathtaking views), close to the magnificent beach of Sables d'or les Pins, this pretty holiday home is ideal for a relaxing holiday! You will find on the ground floor a living room with open kitchen and fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Upstairs, a parental bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with bunk beds. The decoration has remained "à l'ancienne" for the time being.



You are 200 meters from the center of the village: bakery, butcher's shop, bar/tabac, organic food shop... and very beautiful 12th-century church. 15 minutes walk (watch in hand!) from the magnificent beach of Les Sables d'Or, less than 3km from the supermarkets.



Local product markets: Tuesdays in Pléneuf, Wednesdays in Matignon, Fridays in Plurien and Val André, Saturdays in Erquy, Sundays in Les Sables d'Or.

Food truck on the village square every Thursday and then, many restaurants in Les Sables d'Or, for all tastes and budgets.



Close to Sables d'or les Pins, you will find a wide variety of beaches, hiking trails, sports activities: sailing school, bike rental, tennis courts, horse riding, climbing, paragliding... For golfers: Sable d'Or at 2kms and Pléneuf Val André at 12kms.



In the summer the bus line n°2 allows travel between Plurien and les Sables d'Or. This line also serves Erquy, a stop is proposed just at the SUPER U roundabout for shopping.

This line 2 also serves Saint Brieuc/Erquy/Plevenon. TIBUS

Nice house in stone, full of character. Pat is a lovely host.

Pros: The house is well located for visits to various beaches, Cap Frehel and St. Malo. Nice little towns with local markets are nearby, the boulangerie around the corner. The house is very cosy, has a big fire place, and comfortable bedrooms and bath room. Big garden, useful during the Summer months (not so much in aurtumn). Cons: The kitchen is rather small, which makes cooking somewhat of a challenge. I would recommend to bring an extra set of towels.

Pros: Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Wege zum Strand und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren kurz und am Haus hatten wir zur Erholung Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit.

Pros: Accueil très chaleureux et sympathique de Pat et Guy, très attentionnés, et de très bon conseil pour notre découverte de la région (balades, restaurants, plages, etc). Maison très mignonne, bien décorée, très bien équipée et confortable (literie excellente) donnant sur un jardinet et une prairie permettant de prendre ses repas et de se prélasser à l'extérieur. Très belle plage des Sables d'Or à 20mn à pied. Le village de Plurien est bien situé pour rayonner aux alentours (nous recommandons également le spa de Plurien les jours de pluie !)
