Ferienhaus Calmont

Our modern, well-equipped holiday home, built in 1912, was renovated in 2020 and is located at the foot of the Calmont—Europe’s steepest vineyard—with a direct view of the Moselle. <br><br>Spanning three floors, the holiday home offers plenty of space for 2–8 people to enjoy their holiday.<br>A fully equipped kitchen with a counter, a spacious living/dining area with a TV, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and an additional living area for privacy offer all the comforts you could wish for on holiday. The house features a large covered patio (electric grill provided), perfect for barbecuing and relaxing, as well as a covered balcony with a view of the Moselle River and free Wi-Fi. <br>Bicycles can be stored in the garage. You’re welcome to use our rental bikes for free.<br><br>Free parking is available at the house. <br><br>Our holiday home has a stairlift, which is available upon request. Just let us know!<br><br>

perfektes Familienwochenende auch Dank der Unterkunft

- sehr freundliche Vermieterin, - unkomplizierter Check-in und Check-out - sehr gute Lage der Wohnung, direkt am Weinberg - Terrasse optimalerweise überdacht und somit auch bei Regen nutzbar gewesen - Elektrogrill läd zum Grillen ein - ausreichend Platz für 7 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind - einziges Manko sind die doch sehr steilen Treppen Summa Summarum aber gerne wieder und sehr empfehlenswert.
