You're just steps from the pool and only a short walk to the beach (about 1 block).
The Space
Paradise Found is a perfect beach home for families and friends. This spacious, elevated 2-story home sits on pilings with parking for up to 4 vehicles.
The main living level features an open living room and kitchen, a dining area, and access to the first-floor balcony—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The dining table seats 6, plus 3 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of counter space and everything you need to whip up some gourmet seafood!
The living room includes comfortable seating, a flat screen smart TV, balcony access, and a king sleeper sofa—perfect for extra guests.
The home is nicely decorated and features an open layout, a well-equipped kitchen, multiple large balconies, 9' ceilings, hardwood floors, fresh linens, WIFI, and a washer/dryer.

Beach access is a short walk away at the 13th St Public Beach walkover. You can also access the beach by following the paved walking trail that goes along Little Lagoon.
There is one small fishing pier on Little Lagoon which can be accessed from the northwest corner of the subdivision. Another large fishing pier is a short walk down the paved walking trail. Regardless of the pier, redfish, flounder, and speckled trout are plentiful and delicious!
The community pool is directly across from the home.
