* KEYS & PARKING CARD: Put them in the blue envelope and drop it into mailbox number 83
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
City tax (3.50€ per person/night) is not included in the price and will be collected in cash upon arrival.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You may only smoke on the balcony with the door closed. Violation results in a penalty fee.
Please keep the flat clean and tidy. Strictly respect quiet hours (10 PM - 6 AM). No loud noise or parties to ensure peace for all neighbors.
