The home offers three stylish bedrooms with king-sized beds, a cozy queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin XL beds.
The bathrooms are equally well-appointed and designed for relaxation. The main level includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks, one full en-suite bathroom with a tub and dual sinks, plus one additional bathroom with a walk-in shower. The lower-level bedroom features a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with luxury Public Goods amenities and plush towels for a comfortable, spa-like experience.
KITCHEN
The open-concept living area offers high ceilings and sweeping views of the Sierras. The kitchen and dining space are built for gathering and fully stocked with cookware, dishes, modern appliances, and dishwasher pods. A large dining table seats up to 12, with three additional seats at the kitchen bar—perfect for shared meals and relaxed entertaining.
LOUNGE SPACES
The home offers two distinct indoor lounge spaces, giving everyone room to relax and spread out. One is located on the main living level, with a second lounge in the lower-level game room.
The main living lounge features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping mountain views, a large flat-screen TV, and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings indoors. A tucked-away reading nook near the fireplace is perfect for curling up with a good book or unwinding to your favorite vinyl on the Victrola record player.
The lower-level game room lounge is ideal for group hangouts and game nights, with mountain views, a big-screen TV, two arcade games, and a curated collection of board games for all ages.
OUTSIDE SPACE
While there’s no shortage of outdoor adventures nearby, the cabin also features a thoughtfully designed outdoor living space to enjoy on-site. Relax in the bubbling hot tub, take in sweeping mountain views from the expansive patio, or gather around the outdoor firepit for a quiet evening under the stars. A dedicated game pit area offers space for cornhole, ladder golf, and bocce—perfect for friendly competition and group fun. Multiple seating areas make it easy to savor morning coffee or evening cocktails, while string lights add a warm glow after sunset. The space is completed by a large outdoor dining table for memorable al fresco meals.
For added security, the property is equipped with exterior Ring cameras with audio recording. The cameras remain active during your stay and monitor the property entrances, front lawn, and parking area only. All cameras are positioned to respect guest privacy and do not record or have visibility into any interior spaces.
A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are limited and may be unreliable, especially in the evenings. Most guests choose to drive to easily access Yosemite, dining, and local attractions.

To enhance security, this property features exterior cameras that record video and audio in outdoor areas. There are no interior cameras, ensuring your privacy inside the home.
All guests are required to complete and sign our rental agreement prior to check-in. Check-in instructions, including the property address and door code, will only be released after the rental agreement has been fully signed.
Please note that the home does not have a mailbox, so we kindly ask that you do not ship or mail items to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
No open wood-burning fire pits, bonfires, or campfires are permitted at short-term rentals. (Per Madera County Regulation) The propane grill must remain in its designated location, never be left unattended, and is not be used during fire restrictions.
🐾 We accommodate up to a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs. Please be sure to include your dog(s) in your reservation. Clean up after your pets, they must be crated if they are left unattended, and they must be on leash when outside. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by pets. Pet fee is $75 per pet, per stay.
With the pristine forest around our property, you may encounter wildlife & insects. While we implement professional pest control, these critters are part of mountain living and may sometimes find their way in. If you notice any during your stay, please reach out to us & we'll address them promptly.
Snow Chains: California Highway Patrol and the National Park Service may require chains in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Traveling in California during Fire Season (June to November) As we approach fire season in California, which typically runs from June to November, we want to ensure your safety and the protection of our properties. Please note that burning firewood will not be allowed at our properties during this time. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or trip protection to cover any unforeseen circumstances related to wildfires, such as evacuations, property damage, or trip cancellations. Please be aware that our cabin is located in a beautiful mountain environment where Black Bear activity is common, especially after dark and during the early morning hours.
For your safety and to protect our local wildlife, please follow these crucial precautions:
Outdoor Precautions
NEVER leave food or scented items outside. This includes garbage, pet food, coolers, and even empty food wrappers.
Secure Trash: Place all trash in the designated receptacle immediately. Do not leave bags next to bins.
Clean Grills: If you use the outdoor grill, please clean it thoroughly immediately after use.
Indoor & Vehicle Precautions
Secure Scented Items Inside: When leaving the cabin, ensure all windows and doors are fully closed and locked.
Vehicles are NOT Safe Storage: Bears can and will break into vehicles if they smell food. Never leave any food, scented toiletries (like toothpaste or deodorant), garbage, or coolers inside your car, even if the doors are locked. All food must be stored inside the cabin.
