Waxweiler—also known as the “Pearl of the Südeifel Nature Park”—is a recognised climatic health resort with a history stretching well over 1,000 years. It is idyllically situated in the beautifully unspoiled Prüm Valley, surrounded by rolling hills. From here, explore the beautiful natural surroundings on foot or by bike, visit the numerous nearby attractions, and enjoy the wide range of tourist activities on offer.



2-bedroom holiday apartment, shower/toilet, 1 bedroom:

Our incredibly cosy, approximately 92 m² holiday apartment with a 500 m² garden is located above the centre of Waxweiler. It impresses with its brightness and spaciousness and offers an incomparably beautiful view of the Prüm Valley and the surrounding forested hills.The spacious living room with its breathtaking view, the expansive balcony, the beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa, the huge bathroom, the new, modern built-in kitchen, and, last but not least, the spacious garden invite our valued guests to relax and unwind.



On-site costs: utilities included (electricity, water, heat), a small welcome drink, Wi-Fi, parking space for a car and bike racks right next to the house, bed linens, wool blankets, tea towels, dishcloths, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters, and shared use of the entire fenced-in garden area. Dear guests, you will find the holiday rental in a very clean condition, and the final cleaning is included in the price at the time of booking; therefore, we would appreciate it if you could leave the apartment “swept clean.” However, due to recent circumstances, we would like to inform you that we will have to charge an additional €40.00 for a more extensive final cleaning if the apartment and its furnishings are found to be in an unacceptable condition during the final inspection. Check-in is available from 5:30 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 11:00 AM.
