Villa Rocco in Split - Luxury - heated saltwater pool - up to 12 Guests
Spend wonderful days in the "Villa Rocco".
It should be emphasized that the villa is not in the approach path of the airport and therefore no aircraft noise spoils your holiday experience.
The studio, which accommodates up to 3 guests on the ground floor, is equipped with a 49 “smart TV, kitchenette and walk-in shower.
The location of the villa is perfect. The beach, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops (LIDL, Plodine, Konzum) can all be reached within a 15-minute walk. Split and Trogir are only about 10-15 minutes away by car, whereby UBER is a comfortable alternative and allows one or the other good bottle of wine from the region. The train station is also only 400m away.
The "emmezeta" shopping center & PEVEX hardware store approx. 5km.
The villa has 3-4 parking spaces in the enclosed courtyard.
