Welcome to our cozy treehouse in the Catskills, the perfect getaway for a couple (or two). Rising three stories high, this modern hideaway is tucked away on Potic Mountain, framed by meadows and trees visible from every room. The Hudson Lookout has been featured in Dwell Magazine, Vogue, and other international publications.

Only 12 minutes from downtown Catskill and 20 minutes from Hudson, enjoy hiking, fishing, shopping, breweries, wineries/vineyards, restaurants and farmers markets.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Leave all linens on beds and towels in bathrooms - Run dishwasher / hand wash any remaining dishes. - Bring trash out to the trash cans(make sure bungee cord is closed when done)
- Turn AC's off (unless it's super hot/cold) - If very cold out set AC to 62 on each unit/each floor. If very hot out set AC to 72 on each unit/each floor
-Return any items that may have been moved to their original location -Notify us if anything was damaged or broken during the stay -Check that all windows are closed and lock the door on the way out!
