Wir waren das vierte Mal in Hooksiel und in dem Ferienhaus. Dieses Mal erstmals seit dem Besitzerwechsel. Frau Dada ist sehr nett und war bei großen und kleinen Anliegen immer behilflich und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken ihr für die schöne Zeit.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in dem Haus rundum zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sowie mit der Hausverwalterin war unkompliziert und freundlich.Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Möblierung ist nicht hochmodern, aber das sieht man ja vorab auf den Bildern. Für uns passte es. Lediglich die Teppiche im Wohnraum müssten mal gründlich gereinigt werden. Sowas fällt mit zwei kleinen Kindern am Boden dann auf.Die Infomappe dürfte gerne bei Ankunft präsenter platziert sein. Ist uns erst am 2. Tag im Regal aufgefallen. Wir haben uns gefragt, wann die Mülltonnen geleert werden. Infos dazu haben wir nicht gefunden, aber sowas findet man ja heute auch online.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien

Geräumige Wohnung für uns (Eltern, Großeltern und 2 Kinder 2 und 4 Jahre) in toller Lage: Direkt neben einem guten Restaurant und einem Bäcker, 5 min zu Fuß zum Kinderspielhaus, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hallenwellenbad und Deich (gut zum Laufrad fahren) und Ortskern und Strand sind als Spaziergang auch erreichbar. Der Garten ist schön abgegrenzt durch die Hecke, wir konnten hier auch unseren Fahrradanhänger parken. Einziges Manko an der Wohnung für uns: Die Treppe ins Dachgeschoss (Kinderzimmer) war uns für unsere kleinen Kids die nachts auch mal aufwachen und rumlaufen zu steil und wir haben selbst oben geschlafen. Der Treppenschutz zwischen EG und 1.OG ist super.

Angenehm, geräumiges sehr gut ausgestattetes Quartier. Wir waren nur zu zweit ohne Fahrräder, aber in dem dafür vorgesehenen Raum hätte nicht einmal ein Fahrrad Platz gefunden, bei einem Haus für 6 Personen !!

Es war ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus und auch sehr sauber aber leider kann ich keine 5 Sterne vergeben im Punkt Sauberkeit da der Grill nicht sauber war.

Eine prima Zeit in einem gemütlichen Haus

Im Grunde gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Das Ferienhaus ist freundlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Selbst Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden (die wir jedoch nicht genutzt haben). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sowie mit dessen Hausverwalterin vor Ort klappte problemlos. Gerne wieder!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist toll gelegen, orts- und deichnah, mit einem kleinen, geschützten Garten. Wirklich schön!

Tolle Unterkunft!!! Alles bestens.

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für das tägliche Leben braucht. Selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung gesehen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt für uns. Bäcker und Fahrradverleih in direkter Nachbarschaft. Und auch zum nächsten Supermarkt war es nicht weit. Den zum Haus dazugehörigen Strandkorb fanden wir toll. Diese Unterkunft können wir ohne Bedenken weiter empfehlen!!!

All inclusive, in prima Lage.

Ein sehr hübsches Haus mit absoluter Komfortausstattung, es fehlt an nichts. In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ortskern. Der Bäcker ist schräg über die Straße, der Supermarkt ist an 7 Tagen geöffnet. Der hauseigene Strandkorb am Badestrand ist in weniger als zehn Minuten mit dem Auto (kostenloser Parkplatz gegenüber) oder alternativ mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Man hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung ins Umland und es gibt viel zu erleben. Wir hatten alles in allem eine tolle Zeit.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben mit 5 Personen unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Das Haus hat ausreichend Platz geboten und liegt zentral im Ferienhausgebiet von Hooksiel aber trotz allen ruhig. Der Bäcker für die Brötchen morgens ist um die Ecke und ein grosser Edeka rundet das Angebot ab. Alles in allem haben wir uns im Ferienhaus der Familie Stein sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen. Mit dazu beigetragen hat auf jeden Fall auch der zum Haus gehörende Strandkorb der für die Gäste am Hauptstrand zur Verfügung steht. Das war top !

Wohlfühlurlaub in Hooksiel

Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub als Familie mit drei Kindern (6, 4 und 1) in Hooksiel verbracht und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Haus war in einem top Zustand, alles war ordentlich und sehr sauber. Es war bestens ausgestattet, es gab alles, was man benötigt, und es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Eine bessere Lage für ein Ferienhaus können wir uns kaum vorstellen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es eine sehr nette Fahrradvermietung und ein super leckeres Restaurant. Edeka und Tankstelle sind ebenfalls sehr nah gelegen. Durch die Lage unmittelbar am Deich konnten wir auch mit den Kindern mit den Fahrrädern zum Strand fahren. Der Strand ist sehr schön, mit feinem weisem Sand. Sehr praktisch war auch, dass dort ein Strandkorb für uns reserviert war. Das Zentrum in Hooksiel ist vom Haus aus ebenfalls problemlos mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Kurzum, wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, was man auch zuhause in der Küche hat. Alles sehr gepflegt. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in Hooksiel machen, dann ist das Haus Stein unsere erste Wahl

Schöne Lage (direkt hinter Deich, Fußweg zum Wattenmeer), sehr sauber und gut mit Verbrauchsmitteln ausgestattet, unkomplizierte Buchung, sehr zu empfehlen.

Direkt ein Urlaubsgefühl bei der Ankunft. Da kommt man gerne hin und an. Organisation sehr gut, Unterkunft sehr gut, schöne Umgebung, sehr familienfreundlich. Können wir empfehlen!
