Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure to turn off all TVs in each room. You can turn it off with the red button on the top of each remote. It will ask "Are you sure you want to turn off x room" Click Yes.
Ensure all trash is stored in the black bins on the left side of the home. Someone will take out those bins during your stay to ensure it doesn't overflow and allow city collection.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
