Super Recomendo. Apto muito novo e limpo. Perto de tudo, praticamente não precisei tirar o carro do estacionamento. Literalmente pé na areia. Portaria excelente, atendimento nota mil. Voltarei assim que puder.

Ótimo apto, mas falta empatia/solidariedade.

O apartamento é muito bom, arejado e limpo, com ótima localização e funcionários do prédio muito prestativos. O serviço de praia nos deixou muito satisfeitos, já que não precisamos nos preocupar com cadeiras e guarda-sol para usar na praia. Tudo funcionando direitinho e espaço suficiente para toda família. Um adendo apenas para um acontecimento que nos chateou bastante: nossa estadia seria do dia 10 ao 15, mas por motivo de falecimento de um parente, tivemos que ir embora no dia 12. Ao falar com o Sr. Alvaro sobre o ocorrido e a possibilidade de usufruirmos das três diárias não utilizadas numa outra oportunidade – uma vez que gostamos muito do apartamento –, o mesmo disse apenas que não seria possível pois "poderia ter alugado para outras pessoas durante a semana, já que o apartamento estava agora desocupado". Já imaginávamos que a política de locação não nos favorecesse nesta situação excepcional, mas ainda assim é triste este tipo de posicionamento que visa apenas o lucro e peca na empatia.

Adoramos nossa estadia neste apartamento! Pois além de espaçoso, limpo, organizado e bem confortável! Nossa familia amou as ferias nesse apartamento , super perto da praia , um local privilegiado , principalmente para quem tem filhos pequenos.
