Eu agradeço a dona Raquel ela tirou todas as minhas dúvidas, é exatamente que está nas fotos,o prédio é no segundo andar favoreceu a minha esposa ela não gosta de altura,a garagem é coberta o lugar é super tranquilo não têm barulho é muito gostoso o ambiente, só faltou ter um sofá mais aconchegante.

Exatamente como descrito

Apartamento é exatamente como descrito no anúncio. É confortável e próximo a praia e aos comércios. Sinal da rede móvel não funciona bem na região, acho que devido as montanhas, wi-fi tem um bom sinal mas não em todos os cômodos, funciona melhor no quarto, não há cama de casal mas há espaço e bastante colchiide solteiro. O app não disponhe de guarda sol e cadeiras de praia mas é fácil encontrar a locação desses na praia a qual nasaioria é fornecido como cortesia aos clientes que consomem nós quiosques. Funcionário do condomínio, Luan, muito educado e solicito, os demais tbm, todos sempre a disposição.

Olá Andreia!! Temos wi-fi da Claro - fibra. O que pode ocorrer é que as operadoras não entregam o que vendem. E na região toda é a única que oferece fibra. Mas felizmente estas ocorrências tem diminuído. Obrigada pelo retorno!
