• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere.

No Smoking
• No form of smoking or vaping is permitted inside the house, including screened porches and balconies.
• Smoking is allowed outdoors only, away from doors and windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets
• NO pets are allowed. We have a family member with allergies, so we kindly ask that all guests respect this rule.
