The house is old and needs many repairs, including major foundation issues. It smells of mold and is very musty even with all the air fresheners placed in every room and a fresh coat of paint to try to cover up the cracks on the walls. The mattresses are a disgrace and should have been thrown out 20 years ago! If you choose to stay at this house I would suggest you bring an air mattress or sleep in your car…..you would be more comfortable. There is a coffee maker but no coffee filters.

Since you didnt follow the rules and were smoking Marijuana in the house we had to have it deep cleaned. And charged you accordingly. Do not rent to this person. Obviously you are seeking revenge with your review.

We had a really enjoyable 3-day stay at Brenham Abode. The check-in process was simple and hassle-free, which made arriving easy after a long day of travel. The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which we appreciated.The house itself was clean, well-kept, and the beds were very comfortable—always a big plus. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like cold water bottles in the fridge and an assortment of snacks for us to enjoy.Having access to a washer and dryer was another bonus that made our stay even more convenient.Overall, a great place to stay in Brenham. We’d definitely recommend it!
