Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Felix an der Unterkunft begrüßt. Ein rießiges Grundstück, das Haus ist hinter Bäumen etwas versteckt. Obwohl an der "Hauptstraße" gelegen, sehr ruhig. Der Hüttenkanal auf der anderen Seite ist belebt, aber auch dort sorgen Bäume für "Distanz".

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Das Grundstück ist groß, aber sehr schattig. Es liegt an einem Kanal direkt an der Schleuse. Man kann darin nicht baden. Das Haus ist nicht weit entfernt von einer gepflasterten Straße, so dass es nachts sehr laut ist, wenn Autos vorbeifahren. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber und man konnte nicht lüften. Es gab keine Fliegengitter. Die Umgebung ist gut, Haus und Grundstück für Haustiere geeignet. Küche gut ausgestattet und neu. Matratzen waren Klamm, Bettwäsche nicht sauber.

Sommer Urlaub

Der Ort Kleinzerlang ist ein wirklich ruhiges, sehr schön gelegenes Dorf umgeben von zahlreichen Seen und anderen kleinen Dörflein. Die Unterkunft war sauber und es fehlte soweit an nichts. Ein paar mehr Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären noch schön gewesen und hinter dem Schuppen hätte es ein bisschen ordentlicher sein können. Aber die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war sehr gut und auf Wünsche ist er zuvorkommend und schnell nachgekommen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus! Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, ruhig und idyllisch. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und riesig, was perfekt für unseren Hund war – er konnte frei herumlaufen und spielen. Das Haus selbst entsprach genau den Beschreibungen und war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter: Er war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, unsere Fragen zu beantworten und Tipps für die Umgebung zu geben. Insgesamt ein großartiger Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man braucht, das große, umzäunte Grundstück ist super, besonders wenn man mit Hund verreist. Die Lage ist genial, man kann von drinnen und draußen die Boote beobachten und es ist ruhig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und umgänglich. Die schöne Badestelle in Kleinzerlang ist über einen schönen Weg am Kanal entlang in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe und Natur mag, ist hier genau richtig. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein Insektenschutz am Fenster von Bad und zweitem Schlafzimmer wäre prima.

Das Objekt ist sehr schön gelegen und in der warmen Jahreszeit zu 100% empfehlenswert. Für kalte Tage gibt es nur einen Kaminofen. Ist ausreichend Brennmaterial vorhanden, dann wir die Wohnung auch gut warm.

Tolle Dorf-Atmosphäre

Super Aufenthalt. Leider müssen ein paar Sachen erneuert oder repariert werden. Die Tür zu Bad hat Feuchtigkeit gezogen und ist dadurch beschädigt. Trotzdem war es super schön dort!

Fast alles gut

Das Haus ist praktisch und gut eingerichtet, das Grundstück ein Hundeparadies. Ein kleines Manko: Ein paar mehr Ablageflächen und Kleiderhaken oder Garderobe wären schön gewesen. Aber sonst alles top und auch sauber. Tip: Unbedingt Mückenschutzmittel mitnehmen.

Perfekt für Familien mit Hund

Das schöne kleine Häuschen direkt an der Schleuse Wolfsbruch, war sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, das große eingezäunte Grundstück war perfekt für unsere Hunde, im Haus war bis auf einen Wäscheständer und Topfdeckel alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Tipp - wichtig ist Mückenschutz, da die Biester überall lauerten. Einen Minuspunkt gibt es für das etwas ungepflegte Grundstück.

Objekt ist ausbaufähig.

Gazefenster in den Schlafräumen defekt müßten erneuert werden. Fehlende Scheuerleisten. Staubsauger nicht nutzbar da Staubbeutel prall mit Dreck gefüllt war. Toaster wäre gut gewesen. Mülltonnen waren voll. Außengelände sehr ungepflegt. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt nicht.

Schleusen-TV

Sehr interessante Umgebung, immer etwas auf dem Kanal direkt vorm Bungalow und in der Schleuse zu sehen (vor allem bei Stromausfall!🤓).Der morgendliche Spaziergang zu zwei möglichen Bäckern in der Nähe (im Dorf oder in der Marina Wolfsbruch) wird uns fehlen.

Es war super schön

Wir konnten uns gut erholen. Der Garten ist groß und bietet auch einige Schattenplätze, man kann gut spazieren gehen und Bademöglichkeiten gibt es auch. Für Hunde einfach ein Paradies. Mit dem Boot fahren ist auch super. Handyempfang ist dort nicht großartig, aber es gibt ja demnächst W-Lan über einen Router Abschluss sagt der Vermieter, also auch kein Problem mehr :-) Alles zusammen, kann ich es nur empfehlen.

Erholsam in ruhiger Lage

Ein schöner ruhiger Bungalow ,welcher komplett umzäunt ist (also perfekt für Urlaub mit Hund). Die Einrichtung war gut und es fehlte an nichts ,nur im Bad fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten und für Kinder war etwas langweilig ,da auf dem Grundstück keine Spielmöglichkeiten da waren. Aber wenn man mal abschalten möchte ist es doch fast perfekt.

Viel Wald und viel Wasser

Wer in Ruhe Sport in den Wäldern machen will oder mit dem Boot über die Seen schippern ist hier genau richtig ...das abgeschlossene Gelände ist Ideal für Kinder und Hunde ...das Haus hat auch für uns mit 5 Personen alles geboten ...Wege zum Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto machen / Reinsberg ...aber im Dorf gibts nen Bäcker...hatten eine entspannte tolle Woche ...

Wunderbare Auszeit

Alles war sehr entspannt. Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet & gemütlich, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Unser Hund fand das eingezäunte Grundstück super & der Ausblick auf den Kanal mit der Schleuse bot auch immer viel Abwechslung. Selbst bei zwei Tagen Dauerregen war es sehr schön & gemütlich, besonders mit dem schönen Holzofen.
