Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
Regarding the mosquitoes, our rooms are equipped with screens to help prevent this. However, when doors and windows are left open without the screens in place, mosquitoes can enter, which is unfortunately common in tropical environments.
As for the pool, it was in the process of being treated just before your arrival, and we regret that it was not yet at its optimal condition at that time. We have since ensured it is fully cleaned and properly maintained for our guests.
We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve communication and timing. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests.
