Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette, work area/foyer) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Concert and wedding venues close by . Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

The space
Small farm with horses, mini donkey, chickens, dogs, and cats. Horses welcome - small charge. Suite has portable cot and a pack a play suitable for a small child. Kitchenette (two burners, sink, microwave, and fridge. Fire Pitt with firewood and chairs. Host is a Master Gardener and experienced equestrian eager to give garden, orchard, or vineyard tours and/or to introduce the horses and mini donkey.

Many trails close by - many pick-your-own farms and several breweries and wineries near by.

Additional rules
Absolutely no entry into fields containing horses unless accompanied by the host. Walking around the farm is allowed. Smoking outside is allowed; butts are to be collected and trashed.

What a great stay. The rooms were great. We had some issues with our vehicle and our hosts were so helpful finding what we needed to get back on the road. We were so thankful they were there. Highly recommend this cosy spot.
