**TRASH DAY: Saturday morning. Please be sure to reel out trash can friday evening 9p latest Please reel in trash bin by Saturday 7p .
Dont forget to lock behind you; and preferably shoot us a text saying ' checked out'
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Late check outs incur a $60 fee + $15 for every 15 mins increments past 11:15a
Failure to register all guests will incur an extra guest fee at $75 per extra guest not accounted for in reservation guest count
Strict 4 car maximum occupancy. Absolutely no street parking.

Friendly hosts and very responsive! We loved the home and the layout was perfect for our family. The house was clean and the AC was phenomenal. It was a very comfortable stay!
