Beautiful single-family house "Natali", renovated in 2020. 1.5 km from the centre of Njivice, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach, in the countryside. Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 550 m, pebble beach, rocky beach 20 m, public bathing area 200 m. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room 10 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 10 m2 with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Floor heating (extra). Piękny dom, usytuowany kilka kroków od morza. Dom bardzo zadbany, urządzony z dbałością o każdy szczegół. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne naczynia i sprzęty AGD. Gdyby na wyposażeniu była jeszcze pralka, to byłoby już idealnie. Polecam ten dom każdemu . My spędziliśmy w nim cudowne wakacje.
