A few things to know before booking: the apartment is located in a shared building with another tenant, but your rental unit is completely private. This apartment is located in downtown Corbin city limits. Entry requires open stairs with no baby gates, so the apartment may not be suitable for infants or toddlers. Once upstairs, the entire apartment is conveniently located on one level.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bag all trash and place it in the designated trash can outside next to the entrance.
Linens & Towels: Please place all used bed linens and dirty towels in the bathtub located in the laundry room. There is no need to wash them.
Keys: Lock the entrance door and return the key to the lockbox. Make sure the lockbox is securely closed. Scramble the numbers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Occupancy Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
No food or drinks on furniture or beds. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
