On the eastern edge of Albufeira in the centre of the Algarve, about one and a half kilometres inland in a green zone, you will find the spacious and luxuriously equipped holiday home "Villa Sunshine".
The cottage is spread over two floors, has a living room with comfortable sofas and a dining table with upholstered chairs, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, fridge/freezer and microwave, 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have one queen size bed each, 2 more with 2 queen size beds each, as well as 3 bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet and can accommodate 8 people.

The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable connection, a washing machine, toaster and a high chair for children.

The beautiful garden with a shared pool and furnished outdoor terrace allows for the most beautiful holiday pleasures even if you don't want to leave the house. An additional balcony provides for a relaxed retreat. The surrounding view into the picturesque mountains is another highlight of this holiday villa.

Within a radius of 650 to 900 m you will find several supermarkets, which you can also reach on foot in about 10 minutes. Numerous restaurants can also be reached on foot (700 to 1100 m) in less than a quarter of an hour.
The nearest sandy beach (Barranco das Belharucas) is only 6 minutes by car or a nice walk of about 17 minutes (1,5 km) away.
The drive from Faro airport to the villa takes about half an hour, the distance is 34 km.

Parking is available on the property and on the road. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the pool is shared with 5 other holiday villas and therefore it is not exclusive to this house.
