Set in the heart of Business Bay, this prime location offers easy access to some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks. Just a few minutes from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, the area is well connected with convenient access to public transportation, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays.

The neighborhood is surrounded by a wide selection of restaurants and cafés, including popular spots in Dubai Mall and City Walk, as well as nearby favorites such as Othmans Lounge, The Grazer, and Reef and Beef. Daily essentials are easily accessible with Kasco Mart, View City Mini Mart, and an ADNOC Service Station all close by.

The property boasts a beautiful canal view, adding to its appeal. Please note that there is ongoing construction in the vicinity, which may result in occasional noise.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).


Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
