On the lower ground floor of the building, you’ll find a fully equipped and tastefully furnished studio apartment with a terrace. The living area features an open layout and includes a cosy couch, a flat-screen TV, and a recliner. A fold-down bed serves as a full-fledged sleeping option and can be folded up during the day, giving the appearance of a closet (sleeping area: 1.40 m x 1.80 m). The large, covered terrace with its own beach chair is the highlight of the apartment. Thanks to its sheltered location, you can enjoy spending time outdoors here even when the sun isn’t shining. A small electric grill with a ceramic cooktop is available for use. The kitchen is separate from the living area and fully equipped. In addition to an oven, dishwasher, and cooktop, it also features a microwave and a fully automatic coffee machine with a built-in grinder. The bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer and a walk-in shower. The apartment has its own internet connection, which you can use free of charge. A parking space is available free of charge about 300 metres away with a parking permit. A lockable bike storage room is available in the building, as are a washing machine and dryer, which can be used for a fee (Euro coins). The complex’s sauna (also operated with Euro coins) is located in the neighbouring building.
