The Wyndham Desert Blue is a large resort-style timeshare property with plenty of on-site amenities designed for relaxation and convenience while you explore Las Vegas. This spacious 2BD deluxe suite is approximately 1,250 square feet and is a perfect home base for a weekend trip or extended stay. The resort is located about a mile from major casinos, shows, restaurants and entertainment on the 24-hour party of the Strip.

The 2BD/2BA deluxe condo is about 1,250 square feet. The condo is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, over, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and coffee maker. The condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom, two double size beds in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

All resort amenities are shared. You'll have access to all of the resort amenities during your stay.

We need the contact information for the primary guest checking in at the time of booking (21+ years old). The primary guest will be the only one allowed to check into the condo. All other remaining guest names will be added at check in with the front desk.

The resort front desk assigns all of the condos at check in. The photos on the listing are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

The resort requires a $250 security deposit at check in.

Any changes to the guest confirmation once confirmed requires a $129 change fee.

Pets are not allowed.

The resort is a Wyndham Timeshare Resort. Beware of any offers of gifts and breakfast. They are tied to a sales presentation. It is your choice if you choose to attend a sales presentation. You’re not required to attend a presentation.
