Patio, fireplace. 2.5 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house. Grocery 4.4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Semione Municipio bus 132" 3 km, railway station "Biasca FFS - SBB" 9 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Castello di Semione, Museo Valle di Blenio, Castelli di Bellinzona UNESCO, Mercato di Bellinzona, Chiesa Negrentino, Archivio Donetta. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Luzzone, Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano. Hiking paths: Val Malvaglia, Valle di Blenio, Lucomagno, La Greina, Zona Nara. Please note: car recommended. Small, open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Patio. Sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Sehr gemütliches Rustico

Das mit viel Charme ausgebaute Rustico ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt für ein paar Tage Urlaub. Alles ist neu, und in hoher Qualität ausgebaut. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, das Wasser in der Dusche schnell heiss und in der Küche findet man alles was man so braucht. Wie hätten uns als einziges ein bequemeres Sofa gewünscht. Gerade jetzt wo die Tage kurz sind und man nicht immer draussen sein kann wäre das super gewesen.

Top Rustico mit wurdervollem Ausblick

Wir haben uns in der Casa Rudi super wohl gefühlt. R. ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und angenehme Nachbarn gibt es auch. Der gesamte Außenbereich kann genutzt werden. Wir haben jeden Abend Feuer gemacht und gegrillt. Wenn man kein W-Lan oder TV benötigt sehr schön. Schmale Zufahrt aus dem Ort nur beim ersten Mal etwas spannend, man gewöhnt sich dran.

Grandioser Ruhepol in den Bergen!

Ein schön eingerichtetes Rustico am Berghang mit grandiosem Blick in die Berge, dazu ein echt netter Vermieter und tolle Nachbarn. Top eingerichtet: Küche, Bad, Schlafen, Wohnen: perfekt! Kann ich nur als sehr gut bewerten.(Spülkorb und Butterdose wären noch sinnvoll). Typische Schweizer Bergauffahrt. Natur pur, viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten! Einkaufen geht schnell. Ein genialer Rückzugsort. 22 Tage - Danke für die schöne Ziet! Sehr gerne wieder! M.K.
