Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Ensure oven & stove burners are turned off. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & run it. Remove all dirty linens from beds & leave in a tidy pile in each bedroom.
Discard all trash. Remove all food from the refrigerator. Set thermostat to 72 degrees (heat or AC). Close all windows. Turn off TV & all lights. Close & lock the back patio door.
Place all house keys, pool key, and garage openers in the kitchen island drawer and lock the keypad. Report any damage, issues, or missing items immediately to the host.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
